The Antioch Music Foundation is a non-profit public benefit corporation established in the State of California on September 20, 2005. The Foundation is managed by eleven Board of Directors who serve without compensation.

Its primary objectives and purposes are:

• To provide music education opportunities to the general public
  specific but not limited to the youth of Antioch, California;



• To sponsor concerts/contests to encourage public performances
  that will showcase musical talents;



• To organize events/exhibits using music as the universal medium
  to promote appreciation of different cultural traditions; and



• To assist the music programs of the Antioch Unified School District.
